Our Produce
Our Ethos
Our ethos is one of simplicity, with low intensity, low stocking rates and the minimal amount of additives to ensure healthy stock. All our poultry arrives as day old chicks. They spend the first few weeks in a heated brooder, as they grow and become strong enough they will have the opportunity to be outside.
Our farm is all permanent pasture and this is grazed by our sheep and cows. The lambs and calves are born on the farm and is are 100% pasture fed.
All slaughter of our poultry is done on the farm, in some instances the animals only have a few yards to travel, reducing the stress on the bird. All butchery, preparation, making of sausages and burgers and packaging is done on the farm. Whilst we do not have the facilities to slaughter our lamb, hogget, mutton or beef, all butchering and packaging is done on the farm.
