Produce Shop

What We Sell

Our Produce Shop is primarily stocked with produce reared on the farm. For details of how our produce is reared please visit ‘Our Produce’ page.

We have fresh free-range chicken all year round which is sold as whole birds or cuts. Our duck is available fresh most weeks, otherwise frozen and is also sold as a whole bird or cuts.

Chicken and duck eggs are available fresh throughout the year too.

Our pasture fed Sussex beef is available 4-5 times a year, mainly between June and November. We also produce our pasture fed lamb, in batches more regularly between August and November with additional availability in January/February and at Easter.

During our camping season we also stock camping items that you may forget… for example, toothpaste, tent pegs and cooking gas.

For a detailed list of all our produce and prices please see our PRICE LIST on this page.

Suppliers

We also sell a small number of products from local suppliers as far as possible:

We are not always able to keep up with demand for bacon throughout the year, therefore when we need to, we source outdoor reared, British bacon from The Dorking Butchery.

Plureneden Manor Farm supplies us with fresh pasteurised milk from across the border in Kent.

Our chutneys, jams and marmalades are made by Debbie, who also makes great use of the produce from our orchard (plums and damsons) as well making Pink Elderflower cordial.

A fellow National Trust tenanted farm, Gray’s Dairy, on the Polsden Lacey Estate supplies us with delicious gelato and sobetto, made on their farm using the milk from their Ayrshire herd.
